Submit a Background

If you would like to a submit a background for rotation in our computer labs, please compose an email to kmadsen@montana.edu with the following details:

• Date when the background should no longer be shown
• Affiliated student organization or campus department
  • Student organizations must be REGISTERED with the Office of Student Activities
• Attached background image

Background images must meet the following requirements:

1. Background must be in a JPEG or PNG format (note: PDFs and Microsoft Word files are unacceptable)
2. Width no larger than 1024px and a height no larger than 768px
3. No profanity, obscenity, or signs of violence (weapons, fighting, etc)
4. The poster must show that the event is clearly sponsored by MSU (club, department, etc.)
